    Snatch Complex: 165#
    WoD: 10:26 Rx
    Wanted to get 175#, but ran out of time. WoD was awesome. First 3 rounds were unbroken and pretty smooth. I think it’s important to get in a good rythm during every set of snatch so as not to waste energy and efficiency. Try and choose a weight that will allow you to complete the WoD in under 15 minutes. On paper, it may look long, but if you keep moving it goes a lot faster than you think. Great job today 630am!

    I actually went unbroken on the HS on every round but the 4th. Weak TTB were the limiting factor, so scaling rounds might be better if TTB are slow and the goal is under 15 min.

    83# for complex and 90# for single snatch. Felt really good today. Must have been delicious breakfast at Trotters and my dear husband back in town coaching me.

    TTBs felt slow for me too-weighed down by delicious trotters breakfast or just need to work on timing and grip? Hmmmm…probably the latter!

    Up to 93# for snatch complex, could have muscled out some ugly ones at a heavier weight but trying to work on my form…
    15:06rx for the metcon, I did the first set of double unders unbroken which was a pr for me!
