    Man makers are the real deal. I don’t think I would wish those to be in any WoD going forward. Shoulders were burning pretty good after the double unders, but managed to keep a steady pace on the last set of man makers. I think the most important part is the stability during the push-up/row and squat clean portions of the man maker, make sure you execute everything properly or you will have some soreness tomorrow. 530am class, not sure how you do it every day, but hats off to you guys.

    Anything working the shoulders after yesterday’s Death by Pullups is going to be tough…Man Makers stayed true to that. The pushup was the hardest part of the Man Maker for me because my shoulders were dead. 18:18 w/ 25 lbs DB and single skips.

    16:25 or :45? Rx. I wasn’t expecting the standards of chest touching the ground and DB touching the shoulder, so that really slowed me down. Got a DL 5 rep PR at 228 so that’s cool.

    This goes under the list of workouts I was just glad to have finished. Pretty or not. I finished and that is good enough for me. For today.

    Amazing job yesterday Mary W. on your deadlifts. Pretty sure your 1 rep max is higher than your last. When it comes to movements, I try to have full range of motion and I’ll admit- get a little irritated when people don’t in order to be faster. That said-I was in COMPLETE violation of the man maker range of motion. I didn’t watch the the video before the wod and apparently wasn’t paying attention to Andrea while she demonstrated the movement!! Pretty much a disaster!
