Weekend Schedule Note – There will be no classes at CFSP on Saturday, June 30, due to a seminar we’re hosting that day. We will have an 8am and 10am class at CF Minneapolis that all are welcome to attend.
Holiday Schedule – For the week 7/2 we’ll have regular class schedule for all days except July 4. On July 4 we’ll have one 9am class and one 10am beginner class.

Got through the set of 9 unbroken, but had to break up the 7 and 5 into two sets. 185# gets heavy. Box jumps weren’t as bad as I thought they might have been. I’m pretty sure I pulled a neck muscle trying to lock out on one of the last jerks, doesn’t feel good at all right now, embrace the suck I guess.

Push press doubles to 130#, got 1 at 135 but couldn’t lock out the second one. 10:57 rx (135#) for the metcon, did all the box jumps unbroken but never got more than 3 in a row on the shoulder to overhead, brutal.
265 for a double, 285 for 1 (a PR).
WoD: 3:23 Rx. Did the PP behind the neck because of wrist issues. Nice being back in St. Paul after hanging out in Minneapolis so much!
10:45, didn’t even think about the fact that I could do this from behind the neck. Would have been much much better that way.
