100 Double-unders

If you cannot do double-unders, do 300 single skips per round. If you can do some double-unders, but doubt your ability to complete all 300 prescribed in this workout, you should still do them. I encourage you to do as many as possible before the wheels fall off.

    My sister came as a guest and absolutely schooled me. So shameful.
    I tried some double unders- but, basically 900 singles murders your calves. I didn’t want to look at the time after my sister killed it. But, I think I was somewhere around 18:00.
    155# Clean. I think that ties a PR. Should have worked on 165.
