Power Clean:
5-5-5-5-5
These power cleans are to be done “CrossFit Style”. That means that they are to be performed touch-and-go, and cannot be bailed between reps.
For 12 Minutes:
1 Power Clean
1 Bar Facing Burpee
2 Power Cleans
2 Bar Facing Burpees
3 Power Cleans
3 Bar Facing Burpees
…
And so on and so forth. There is no designated end to this rep-scheme. Athletes are to continue up the ladder as far as possible until the 12 minutes are up. The Rx weights are 155/103.
