    WoD: 10:25 Rx
    Probably could’ve went heavier, but didn’t want to over exert my lower back, been pretty sore lately. Quite a lot of reps during the auxiliary movements to make your shoulders sore for a week. The moderate rep ring dips and pull ups back to back at the end are quite taxing, Have to keep the motor going on this one. Good job today 630am crew!

    If I was better at pullups… This could have been fun. 16:something. Scaled all over the place.
    255# DL was encouraging.

    DL: 565#, a 20# PR…which is great, until I calculated that 80% for the rest of the workout.

    WoD: 21:41 Rx @ 455# DL. Almost DNF’ed this one, the last 8 or so deadlifts each felt like I was going for a max attempt. I literally couldn’t pull the deadlift off the ground with good form until I caught my breath, so I spent a lot of time waiting around for my heart rate to go down. My CNS is fried.

    293# deadlift, missed at 303# twice, which would have been a pr. 14:37 rx at 233# for the metcon.

    After the mobility cert I decided to do these deads KStar legit and lost 30# on my max (for now) and did strict burpees, so 223 HS and 15:30 or so on the wod.
