Back Squat: Max
Strict Press: Max
Deadlift: Max

Your score is the total number of lbs. lifted. Athletes will have only three attempts to make a weight after warm-up reps are completed.

If you completed the CrossFit Total on Wednesday, tomorrow will be your opportunity to re-test your 2k Row time.
