Back got tight on the FS and couldn’t really push past 255, PP felt great, maybe could’ve done more if we weren’t doing that biatch of a workout Fran. Personally, I always have high anxiety in the 10 mins leading up to the start of this, no idea why, but there’s something about it. Nonetheless, wasn’t my PR today, but felt good after the MTW WoD’s. After that said, this might sounds weird, but have fun with this one. Had 3 first time Franners today, great job today Chris, Abbi and Erin.
3 pr’s today (after all, how often do we do doubles), 163, 123, and 4:50rx. Thanks for the push, Logan. It really helped.

Almost a year ago I had my first Crossfit class with Mike Jones and did the exact same workout. I think I did it in about 7 min at a BW of 260# and it almost killed me. I remember Mike telling me that “you’ll eventually get that down to less than 3 minutes,” and I remember thinking (while trying desperately to catch my breath) “you’re full of sh*t.” Of all the personal bests I’ve hit over the last year, a sub 3 Fran has got to be the most fulfilling and exciting. Thanks for all the coaching and the encouragement!

First timer here – 6:39 Rx. I had a hard time moving for about 15 minutes after I completed the workout.
