    Back Squat: 315 (PR -20); Strict Press: 110 (PR -5); DL: 375 (tie PR). 800 Total. The Total I did in January was 815, immediately after a Strength & Conditioning cycle. I didn’t want to do this today because I haven’t kept up with the high-volume squatting was sure my numbers would be sadly diminished, but I feel OK with today’s result.

    Back squat- 230#, Strict press-110#, Deadlift-300# = crossfit total of 640
    PR on back squat and strict press, tied my pr on deadlifts.

    On the road in northern Michigan, and the gym setting was not conducive for a CFT. Will try and make it up this weekend.
    BS 3×5 @ 245#, bench press 3×5 @ 160#, then some pull up and dip work.

    My total went up by only 3# and two of my lifts were less than before. It may be time to get on the S & C bandwagon when it comes back around.

    BS 215# Press 95# DL 285#

    BS and DL were PRs. Which is great, but I think I am moving backwards on the press. Mixed feelings today.

    Press: 210 (PR)
    Deadlift: 565 (tied last weeks PR)
    Total: 1200. A 60# improvement since the last total!
