Rx, anyone? Anyone? If nothing else, it would be sweet to see it.
Clean to 213 lbs., 10-lb. PR. I have more in my legs, but I have to keep working on letting go of the barbell so I can catch it in a decent rack positon. Getting better, though.
Heavy Elizabeth: 5:30, cleans at Rx, but scaled to plain old ring dips without any extra weight, which is still an accomplishment for me.
Clean up to 245 which felt solid
WOD: 7:18, cleans at 205# and dips with 45#. Wish I could have tried 225, but it probably would have taken too long.

It was tought but just needed to rmember the basic movement of the P.clean and the dip. Often we forget that basics and try to move to fast or get a “better time” do the work and do it correctly. Thats my two cents.

Ok, that’s not true, and I doubt it was very cool to see, with me sweating all over the bar and missing every third rep… Prob should have scaled but I was being stubborn and petty.
Clean to 325, missed 345 twice – legs just weren’t there.

WOD: 4:30ish…Could have gone heavier on power cleans. @ 113 I was able to string too many together.
First workout completing ring dips without a band. It was only 18, but progress.
