    Felt like I hit a brick wall after round 4.

    WOD: 6rds + 19 + almost all of the last 200

    This wod is tought but just find a nice pace on the run to “rest” the shoulders, and try to fight through all the H. Snatch, and WBS. IF those stay unbroken things realllly speed up.
