Push Press (115/83)
Box Jumps (24/20)
Pull-ups

The goal is to get through the triplet as many times as possible while only working in the “on” minutes.

    Wall Climbs: Not fun, but essential to developing comfort while being upside down
    WoD: 3 + 40 Rx
    This is a good “re-test” for anyone who did the workout a few months back. I think the PP will hinder a lot of people if you do not pick a comfortable weight to move for each working minute. Use the the box jumps to rest, and the pull ups should be straightforward. With the minute rest, you should be able to move through each 9-6-3 cadence without having to break up the reps; possibly at the end. Great work today 530am crew!

    For the WOD 3 rds plus 15 reps

    Wall climbs can suck it…
    3rounds +4 reps
    30 reps fewer than last time I did this wod
    I am going through some sort of slump right now where all my lifts and workouts suck so that has been fun
