Whew, not the most fun workout; a real burner. It’s almost as if the 7-9 minutes spent on the Erg make your body completely displace it’s muscle memory as to how a snatch works. The weight is meant to be relatively heavy, but not so much as to miss more than maybe 1-2 snatches. Probably my last post with comments, transitioning to beyong the WB…EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD DO AS WELL!!
26 second 2,000m row PR!!! Done in 8:49! Total WOD done in 13:50. A small but fun group at 6:30
Thank you Nick for your consistent comments. You will be missed.
Way to go Steph!!
I will still post times, but the narrative will be less thorough as beyond the whiteboard is AMAZING
Snatch triples: 225#
WoD: 10:04 Rx. Got of the Erg in 6:58 and spent too much time between that and the first snatch. Really wanted sub-10, but missed my second-to-last snatch, which put me just over the 10 minute mark.
12 people @ strength class today starting the bad-ass 6-week Russian squat cycle. Know who’s Russian? This guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IVlJIMeT9M
Coincidence? Definitely not.
