WOD- 7 Rx, an extra clean each time you broke up a set was punishing towards the end.
Talked with Andrea about the WOD not being available on my whiteboard in “Beyond The Whiteboard” today from my phone. She asked me to post a note here. I just checked and it’s not available from my whiteboard, when I access it from my laptop at home either. Just for the record, my whiteboard shows blanks for this past Thursday and Saturday as well. I didn’t come in on those days, so it doesn’t impact me. But, thought it might be worth noting in case they’re all getting posted and some just aren’t showing up for me.

About a year ago I lifted over 200#. It was a struggle then to get once. Today it felt so good I did a double.
Open gym. Made up Fridays WOD. 2 rounds plus 33 Rx.

WOD: 8 + 3, hardly can walk! Good stuff 4:30 pm
