AMRAP – 2 Minutes: Burpees
AMRAP – 2 Minutes: Double-unders
AMRAP – 2 Minutes: Walking Lunges
AMRAP – 2 Minutes: TTTB

Rest two minutes between AMRAP efforts.

    After competing with Britt this weekend at the Freeze Fest Challenge and being surrounded by so many other competitive athletes I would just like to take a moment to recognize Tyler Quinn and the superior coaching staff we have at CrossFit St. Paul/Minneapolis and soon to be St. Louis Park. All of our gym’s athletes were clearly more competent in both understanding the movements and performing them; all in a SAFE manner. The attention to detail in coaching is evident to outside athletes as well as spectators. I think we all sometimes forget how good we have it…

    … 17:16 Rx with Britt… the last 400m sandbag run was by far the most rewarding experience in my CrossFit career to date. Thanks for being the best teammate Britt!
