The Bear Complex (compare with 080112
)

5 Rounds, not for time:

7 Cycles:

1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

With this complex, the bar can never be set down while the cycle is active. Resting is acceptable so long as the rest position is the front rack, the back, in the hip, or in the hang. The goal is to complete the complex with maximum loading.

    The Bear – 65-100-135-145-95. Near as I can tell 145 is a 20# pr, pretty stoked about that. Big thanks to the 630 class for the encouragement.

    63-83-103(failed overhead on 5th cycle) – 93-73.
    I should not have jumped from 83-103.

    Bear @ 135. did that on my 3rd cycle. I like trying for my heaviest on the 3rd, but then it does make the 4th and 5th suck. Good knee mobility work post WOD. Fun 630 class
