1 Power Clean
2 Hang Power Cleans

For time:

50 Deadlift
50 Hang Power Cleans
50 Shoulder to OH

* The first time the athlete puts the bar down/takes their hands off of the bar (during deadlfits)/rests the bar on the ground for any longer than it takes to kick a deadlift off the floor into the next rep, the athlete will complete 5 burpees. On the second time the athlete puts the bar down, the athlete will complete 6 burpees. On the third time the athlete will complete 7 burpees. This sequence will continue until the workout is over – each consecutive time the bar is set down the athlete owes one more burpee than the previous time.

    Thanks 5:30 class and Mike J. for letting me go over time to get this workout done. At 95# the DL and HPC were no problem, going overhead proved my demise.

    Clean complex: 205, dropped 3rd rep at 225

    WOD: 15:08 Rx, rested the forearms during burpies. I hope no one saw my last three reps of shoulder to overhead!

    WOD: 12:05 Rx…dropped the bar 3 times.

    Power clean complex to 195. Relatively ugly. Word in 15:15 at 95 pounds

    PC complex to 195. Grip was hard to hold.
    WOD in just over 20:00 rx. In hind sight I should have scaled. The worst was missing the last rep of the jerks and having to do another round of burpees for one more jerk to finish. Ugh.

    Power clean complex to 150
    15:58rx for metcon, did this at 85#, which normally I don’t care about 2 extra pounds but as my shoulders started to ache and my grip started to fail, I figured out that those 2# add up to an extra 300#! So yeah, did this at 85# ;)
