Bench Press:

10 Minutes to establish a 1RM

1 minute on, 1 minute of for 8 complete cycles for maximum reps:

At the call of “go”, athletes will un-rack their bar and stay put in a standing position with the bar on their backs. At thirty seconds, athletes will commence with as many back squats as they can possibly complete in the remaining thirty seconds of the minute. Athletes will then rest a minute before repeating the sequence 8 times.

    Bench press to 225
    72 squats @ 225

    630pm class was a good good time

    Bench to 190. Someday I will get to 200.

    79 reps on the Wod at 155. Kept it light and really worked on keeping knees out and over my toes.

    bench 205 – i think the same as last time – but I almost got 225
    WOD: 96 reps at 155#
