At the call of “go”, athletes will un-rack their bar and stay put in a standing position with the bar on their backs. At thirty seconds, athletes will commence with as many back squats as they can possibly complete in the remaining thirty seconds of the minute. Athletes will then rest a minute before repeating the sequence 8 times.
