    My brain was more ready than my body for my first post-flu workout. Got through the squats and had to be done. 153-153-153, 15# under my best. Chest pain will stop you in your tracks.

    BS at 235 across. Felt weak tonight.
    WOD in 7:30 ish rx with a rope failure around 6:30 with 8 double unders left. Next time. Great group of folks at 630 pm.
