    WOD: 16:42…100 single skips instead of DU…everything else Rx. After this and yesterday’s WOD my lower back is smoked. Rest day here I come!!!

    14:34 RX, did this one back to back with the Tuesday wod. I don’t think I did any part of this unbroken! Lunges were the worst.
