Made up the paleo challenge baseline WOD. 98″ broad jump, 50 lengths on the shuttle run, and 11:28 on the 3k.

1×1: 445 (f). Should have taken a smaller jump between 405 and 445.
WoD: 8:34 Rx. Biceps are toast! Chest to bar are almost as good for the guns as curls…almost.

It was UGLY but a 10Lbs PR. Andrea Jones you are a great coach and I DO NOT avoid your class. . .but you are such a stickler that I get a little tense when i walk in and you are coaching.Besides there is no way to know who the coach is until one comes to class. . .is there?
