Fun workout at CrossFit Construct in Chicago this morning. Very similar atmosphere as CFSP, which is to say fun, supportive and challenging. Recommended if you’re visiting the Windy City!
Also, not sorry I missed TTB today.
Split jerks to 135# ugly. Comfortable at 125#.
