Please Note – We’re hosting a CrossFit Level I Course this weekend so we will only have one class at 7am on Saturday at CrossFit St Paul – no CF Kids, Intro, or Yoga. At CrossFit Minneapolis we have class at 9am and 10am, oly class and intro workout at 11am on Saturday. On Sunday we will have 9am class, 10am open gym, and 4:30pm class at CrossFit Minneapolis.

For time:

50 Double-unders
1 DL
50 Sit-ups
1 DL
40 Double-unders
1 DL
40 Sit-ups

1 DL
10 Double-unders
1 DL
10 Sit-ups
1 DL

Deadlifts should be taken at approximately 90% of HD.

    6:39rx on the WOD.

    WOD in 10:48 and strung together 5 continuous double unders for the first time!!!
