    Open Gym- Back squat up to 365#

    11AM class- HPS doubles up to 165 and WOD in 6:14 Rx. My lower black is toast from this week!

    Open gym: matched front squat PR w/ 325 & just missed 335. Then PR’d strict press with 225

    HPS x 2: 165#
    WOD: 5:52 Rx

    Not only are Jake P, Brandon O and Isaac E regular posters, but they helped moved some plates moments after the workout this morning to help us prepare for the Level I today at CrossFit SLP. Thanks guys! You are all extraordinary gentleman! You will be missed Isaac!
