Power Clean and Jerk (135/93)

Each athlete will have two bars.

    PC: 245 felt great. Got 255 up but dropped below parallel.

    WOD: 11 Rx, that was a rough workout. Thanks for the push at the end Paul!

    Monday open gym.
    PC 133. I can hang power clean 143, but I have trouble picking it up from the ground. So strange.
    WOD: 9+17 Rx

    Did this at open gym. PC to 240, 5# pr. Per Ian S, my arms were bent before I even picked it up. Need to work on that…

    9 plus 16 rx on the WOD.
