DL: 405×5
WOD: 8+1 Rx, felt good to hitting an AM class again with a great crew!
DL to 315. Would have liked to try 345, but ran out of time.
WOD 6 rnds rx. Big class at 630, all the weight was in use.
DL:325 not my greatest work
Wod 5 rounds + 9 rx
DL: 193 x5. Feeling more and more comfortable around 200#.
WOD: 1st round Rx, then realized that the 223# DL was not feeling safe, dropped down to 173. RX CTB pull-ups with a reverse grip and box jumps for the rest.
6+6 rounds/reps.
