Ground to shoulder (sandbag)

3 Rounds, 1 Minute at each station for maximum reps:

Row (calories)
KB Swings (53/35)
Box-jumps (24/20)
Squats (sandbag)

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

    Hey CFSP ladies….my size 9 1/2 blue nanos went missing about two weeks ago. Since many of us have the same shoes, I’m assuming somebody grabbed them thinking they were theirs. Can you check your shoes to make sure you have the right pair?!? Me and my feet would really appreciate it! Thanks!

    Today sure was a test of unconventional strength with that sandbag biz. Go for big blue if you want to see what it is like hoisting an unconscious body 50 times.
    Averaged 4.7 Ground2Shoulders with the 100# SB
    260rx on the WOD. Big Blue sucks for squats…

    As always, a ton of fun chasing Deb in the WOD.

    Hello from CF Petoskey.
    Two WODs today:
    1 – 50 DU, 10 burpees, 40 DU, 8… 10, 2. – 4:18Rx
    2 – 3 Rnds of 15 35# DB squat snatch (right arm), 15 sit ups, 15 35# snatch (left arm), 15 KTE – 18:30 Rx. Yuck.

    50 or so on the ground to shoulder with a relatively light sandbag I think?

    228 rx on the wod, box jumps were ugly, and I continued to use the relatively light sandbag.
