Due to a CrossFit Olympic Lifting Course we’re hosting this coming weekend (June  7-8) there will be NO classes at the gym.  Please plan your training accordingly and consider attending classes at one of our other three gyms. For Load:

5 Rounds:

7 Waves:

1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

Movements can be compounded as desired i.e. power clean + front squat can become a squat clean.

Rest as needed between rounds. Athletes should attempt what they anticipate will be their heaviest set on their third round
